• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Air suspension keep inflating

HELP NEEDED please,
2011 RTSe5, my air suspension keeps on pumping air with the compressor but doesn't decompress automatically as it used to do.
I'm missing the typical "pffffft-pfffft" sound and my Spyder becomes hard like a rock after a few minutes riding.
Anyone on here has an idea what to do or where to start trouble shooting w/o running to the dealers shop?

It sounds like compressor getting ready to fail, or you have a leak in the air bag system causing the compressor to run all the time.

Found the Problem,
we hooked up the B.U.D.D. Surprisingly we were seeing error messages on the Cluster that I was messing with last weekend to fix my Tachometer issue ... somehow in my instrument panels is a chip that controls the air suspension in the back.
Imagine that there are (7) SEVEN COMPUTERS

in a Can-Am Spyder RTSe5 - the instrument panel computer system for some BRP reason controls the soft ryde air suspension electronics and controllers in the back - discovered that pin# 24,23,22,21,12,13,14 and 15 were loose on the connections - re-soldered all 24 pins and: “Tadaaa” - ****z working just fine like new! Just saved ~ $900 by DIY ... and more knowledge = priceless

Thanks for posting the fix. Electronics can be a bear to find and fix. A lot of times people post questions and never come back to let us know how the problem resolved.:bowdown:
