• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Air filter & bypass pipe

I have a 2012 rt-s. I am thinking about adding J T's air filter and maybe bypass pipe. Has any one put the filter on and found it to be to loud even with the second pre filter. Don't like a lot of noise going down the road. What do you think about the bypass pipe is it to loud. Thanks

I had just the bypass pipe with the stick muffler and it sounded pretty good at idle and when downshifting. But it didn't sound too good with upshifting. Even with a baffle it was real raspy. I never used it with my Two Bros muffler. So if you want to have better sound that's not too loud, swap the muffler and leave the converter.

You're referring to the cat delete pipe, right? I had the one by Pit Bull on my 2013 RT. I wasn't overly impressed. Sound was a little louder but not obnoxious. As far as more power and better gas mileage I couldn't really tell that it helped any. IMO it wasn't worth the $$.

Air filter noise - I had Jt on my ST and hated the noise.

It - the noise - seems to have a lot to do with seating position/windshield etc. Louder (even obnoxious) for some than for others I think - it seems I was the odd one out. Took it off...

I had the cat delete pipe on our 2016 RTS for a while. I still believe that the exhaust fumes were worse with the delete. As for sound...mehh, not impressed. It wasn't loud, but it seemed like it gave the bike a more "tinny" sound, when I was hoping for more of a lower tone rumble. I didn't care for the fumes, and not impressed in general, so I took it off and sold it. Not worth the cost IMO. I felt there was a bit more low end torque, but still, not worth the cost of altering the exhaust. To each his own though. I bought ours from Lamonster.

Yeah I had the cat delete. My opinion the muffler is way better option. Two Bros or Yoshi
