• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Last weekend my wife and I had the most uncomfortable ride we've ever experienced on the Spyder. Very harsh with the back wheel practically going air borne on every bump. When we got home I found the pressure in the rear at 120#. It's only supposed to range between 20 and 90#. On today's ride I made sure it was set to the softest setting and the pressure was around 80 when we left but down to 55# when we got home - still very high.

Does anyone know if this is adjustable, where the adjustment would be located and how difficult it would be to alter the setting to reduce the rear pressure?

You can adjust the rear pressure on the console switches,I think it's on the far right of the four switches,has a icon of a shock,press top or bottom to increase or decrease and it will give you a indicator on the display.
 
Sounds like an issue with your ACS (ride height) sensor, or a disconnected or broken link. The pressure really means nothing, as it will change with conditions. 55# is in the range of normal, but 120# is outside the spec. Your Sensor may have to be recalibrated, or you may have other issues. Check the link (left side of the swingarm) then start the engine and put it in gear, and run the setting up and down. Have Geri measure to the rear fender and see if it is changing appropriately. If not, have it checked by the dealer. There was an error in factory setup on some early RTs, and a service bulletin was issued to recalibrate the sensor. Yours may have been one of the ones that was set too high.
 
After checking what Scotty has recommended, and if you've found all is right, then proceed with the procedure for setting the maximum and minimum settings for the rear suspension, if you have the option that allows you to adjust it with the button up front (onboard compressor). This requires performing a 'ACS Position Sensor Reset' by your dealer. Here is the step by step procedure for 2010 RT:

1. Connect to B.U.D.S.
2. Select Settings page.
3. Select ACC folder.
4. Park vehicle on a straight level surface.
5. Release air pressure by pushing and holding the under saddle pneumatic valve plunger using a small screwdriver, untill all air has been released.
6. Adjust rear tire pressure to 28 psi.
7. Place 30 lbs of weight in rear trunk.
8. Install a jack under the rear portion of the frame.
9. Lift the vehicle until the rear screw of the passenger floorboard is at 348 mm (13.701 in) of the ground.
10. Place ignition switch to ON.
11. Press Position Sensor Reset LOW Position in B.U.D.S.
12. Lift the vehicle until the rear screw of the passenger floorboard is at 403 mm (15.866 in) of the ground.
13. Press Position Sensor Reset HIGH Position in B.U.D.S.
14. Place the ignition switch to OFF position for 30 seconds.
15. Lower vehicle to the ground.
16. Start engine and let it run at idle then check if ACS suspension works properly.

Thank you all for your thoughts on this one. It seems that any change which must be made will require BUDS. However, I will test it as Scotty recommended and see if the height changes appropriately. At least I'm fairly certain that with a reading of 120# it doesn't leak any more! It was still in the high 90's the next morning.
