• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I've seen this before. A well established rat's next in a vehicle. But what I have never seen before is one where no damage to wiring occurred. Rodent's LOVE to chew wiring to pieces.

We cleaned this up and didn't find a nick one. Very fortunate.

WOW, how long did that sit for that nest to be established?

Truth be told, this F3 belongs to my Brother-in-Law. He lives in the mountains in North Carolina. He parks this from sometime in December to March when he starts riding again. I think this nest is at least 1 year old. Probably built during hibernation time last year. It was very thick and well established. Obviously, not recommended!:yikes:

Rat's Nest

:coffee: I had a nest in less than a month's time.
Stored an ATV in a friend's horse barn. Checked it out after
three weeks and found the nest.
The fix: rat poison placed around the ATV. .....

Granted, it doesn't take long. And most of us are subject to this kind of thing. Poison is fine if you don't have pets. We use cats!

:lecturef_smilie: the cat(s) can cause some problems too, especially if too comfortable on the seat & decides to pick at it (similar but not sharpen claws):gaah: solution: simple seat cover can stay on 24/7 or just be a old towel when parked:thumbup:
