A Milestone... 5,000 miles!

Well my brothers and sisters, we have done it! The RS-S just went past 5000 miles today! I shall post the pics of the odometer later today so y'all can see. I was on the way to Alice's when it happened. So one down and now I need to get my 5K on 14, which I will do soon! Not too bad, did it 2.5 months. Would have been sooner, but I got 14 and the RS-S sat for a bit!

Lamont, How do I put in for my 5K patch, pin or whatever? They are still doing that right? If not no big deal, just a cool milestone for us! Can't wait to get to 10,000. Think of the tales I'll have to tell then! :doorag:

You need to have an account set up at http://spyder.brp.com as an owner first. Then you take 2 pictures, 1 of your odometer, and 1 of you with your Spyder. On your Profile page you will see a button near the bottom for mileage accomplishments. You click on that, and walk through the process of uploading those 2 photos. BRP will take care of sending you the pin, and publishing your milestone after that.

As for the patches from CAT, I think you can just order those but am not 100% sure.

And so the gauntlet has been thrown down! That is a cool carrot to dangle Lamont! I shall go and get it, of that you can be sure!! The goal is before the end of 2010. I think I can get it done.
