So, normally my experiences are kind of ho-hum with dealers or downright frustrating but this place has been awesomely helpful.
The dealership I am talking about is All Out Cycles, located in Chesapeake, VA.
First the place is co-owned by David Hansin and his brother (who's name escapes me), they are just good people overall easy to work with, not pushy on sales or overbearing as many can be. They were more than willing to push off my pickup date by 2 weeks when I had to throw over $2000 at a wisdom tooth extraction, without making me finance it. I purchased a used 2011 RSS and the previous owner did some modification, such as adding little round reflectors to the hard bags, well I noticed one was missing after owning the bike for about 2 weeks, I called up David and he ordered the part, free of charge. It was the same reflector as on the arm over the wheel, red oval. He could have opted to charge me here, but didn't. Here recently, I went to check out the extended warranty information (done through zurich by the previous owner, bike sold reflecting extended warranty til 2016) and was told by zurich that the extended warranty is void because with their policy it has to go owner-to-owner to be transferrable, not owner to dealer to owner. Well I approached David once again, noting that the warranty was a bust and he said okay, punched a few things in his computer, said we don't really deal with zurich anymore (so I can understand him forgetting the transfer rules) but since you're still under the factory warranty here's a 3 year B.E.S.T Warranty. No Charge. Overall, an awesome experience all around, they are very timely with getting things ordered if you request it, and very knowledgeable about the Spyder as well. Their techs actually know what they're doing and aren't hit or miss like many of the motorcycle superstore techs that have limited Spyder exposure.
Every time I have had a problem, they have stepped up and impressed me. I will gladly continue to do business with All Out Cycles and I would suggest them in a heartbeat.
No, I don't work for nor am I getting paid to write this lol.
