Not convinced it is a real thing but if someone local wants to check, might be deal of a lifetime. I would ask the owner for the VIN before going to see it and run a VIN check.

These Chinese trikes had a website a few years ago. Don't know if they still have one. Anyway, the guy who owned the site and was supposed to be the Lamont of those trikes said flat out to never try and ride one over 50mph. They were so unstable (no computers) that they were going to crash at anything over that speed.
