Kudos to Lamont! The barbecue event was loads of fun, including the guy who decided to go wading in the covered pool, and my backwards somersault in the defective lawn chair by the pool.

Indeed, a great time and a great run to the BBQ. Wouldn't have missed it for anything...

Stayed till the light waned and decided to pull out like the others.

Bonus... I got to see Forest drive into Lamont's ditch. :clap: (golf clap)

No worries, he was ok, and luckily the "ditch" was mainly a shallow drainage channel for the driveway, so Forest got stuck. Easily pushed him out, no damage, and he was on his way.

Now... Someone had to raz him for it.

It was a GREAT EVENT! Thanks Lamont for opening up you place to so many SpyderLovers!

It was great meeting everyone. I missed the pool wading but did see the gymnastics on the lawn chair. Very smooth recovery....sort of!

Forest didn't see the ditch for the trees! Everyone else made it out safely but Forest found the fly in the ointment (so to speak).

But no harm, no foul. And all's well that ends well.

Thanks again everyone for a good time. It just wouldn't work without a great bunch of people to make it happen.

It was great to see all of the Spyders and meet their passionate owners. Observation - of ~100 machines, the only ones in pure stock form were the new RTs, everyone else seems to have change one thing or another to make it theirs or improve the fit. SpyderDeb got a lot of (too many) ideas. Seems I missed the Lawn Chair Gymnastic event but did have a ring-side viewing of the Pool Cover Walking attempt.

Great time, Lamonster! :2thumbs: Thanks for opening up your homestead for all of us. It was nice to meet your family, too.
