5000 mile pin from BRP

Can anyone tell me what needs to be done to get the 5000 mile pin from BRP? Thanks!

Go on BRP site and submit 2 photos. 1 showing you have reached the 5000 mark and the other with you and your:spyder2:
I just submitted mine Sat.

I submitted my pictures quite a while back. On the Spyderryder site my profile shows the 5K pin but I have never received one. I understand they go out in 3 month batches. Maybe my 3 months ain't up yet but it sure seems like it.

Been over 4 month and still no pin 4 me. I got an email in May saying I would have the pin by the end of May still no pin. Last e-mail I sent - no response. :gaah: Am going to e-mail again today.

Bill,
By the time we get our 5k pin. We will have submitted for a 10k.

I was in the middle of this post when BRP called me about the DPS fix.
I questioned them about the lengthy process of ryders receiving their pins.
Lady was real nice. She had all the pleasant non-committal answers, which means all I could get out of her was a phone # :roflblack:

SENT IN MY TWO PICTURES THE BEGINNING OF FEBRUARY. RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THEY RECEIVED THEM AND I WOULD GET THE PIN SHORTLY. SENT TWO EMAILS AFTER THAT AND RECEIVED THE ANSWER THEY WERE LOOKING INTO THE PROBLEM. TALKED TO THE FACTORY REPS AT THE LAKE PLACID RIDE DURING AMERICADE WHO SAID THE PIN PROBLEM WAS ALL STRAIGHTENED OUT AND WE SHOULD HAVE THEM IN TWO WEEKS.

I THINK THIS WAS A GREAT MARKETING STRATEGY TO GET YOU TO PUT LOTS OF MILES ON YOUR BIKE AND BURN IT OUT FAST SO YOU GO OUT AND BUY A NEW ONE. PERSONALLY I THINK THEIR TWO DOLLAR PIN IS USELESS AND THEY CAN KEEP IT. I'LL HAVE 10,000 NEXT MONTH AND WON'T ASK THEM FOR A THING, I'M TIRED OF BEING LIED TO.
