50,000 miles!

I know I'm no SpyderAnn01, but yesterday I rolled up 50k miles since my first ryde on 2/1/13 (on both machines). After deducting all the days Spydee was all covered up and pouting while we were away on trips, that makes a little over 1,460 miles per month. Without even leaving the local four counties around home.

(Gee, isn't it fun to punch things around on a little old calculator?)

Here's to the next fifty thousand!

Great post! I have ridden my RS-S 21,000 MILES IN 14 MONTHS. Got my 2014 in March of 2015. The trend in Spydee Land, appears to gripe about the things that do not work on very low mileage. Any vechicle that sits around will fail. Not just spyders. Ryde on my friend.:riding:

Great, i have 20,400 for the last 13 months (avg 1,569 per month) these Spyders do better when they are ridden.

when you say tric led turn signal lights in mirrors, , do you mean inside of mirror. or on outside black housing on mirror? Thank You.

TricLed

TricLed is the Brand Name of a kit available from a sponsor on this site. It's an LED strip of yellow lights to be glued to the mirror-frame alongside, above, or below the mirror glass, and tapped into the existing wiring.

If you get some, be aware that the little LEDs on the strip are definitely directional, only shining to one side of the strip. You must be careful to observe this, and install them "bright side out" or they are only noticeable at night.

The instructions with MY kit did not tell you this. Mine got installed backwards, then had to be pried off, rotated, and re-glued to be visible.
