• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

3-wheeled cousin

In addition to the bike trikes, Razors and Spyders, a distant cousin is making noise again. Elio had all but disappeared from the press but I'm suddenly seeing little commercials pop up and they CLAIM they'll be selling 3-wheeled cars that get 80+ MPG, seat 2, come with A/C starting at $6800.

Anyone biting?

Still.....

He pops up from time to time to keep his investors on the hook...His release date has been pushed back so many times now he should just change it to "SOMEDAY"....:roflblack:

The build date is always one more year ahead. They just got $7.2 million and that is supposed to be used for building 100 working prototypes.

Prototyping is a long way from establishing sales facilities, and selling a product that will stand up to the American driving public. Anyone remember the Yugo? Cheap, supposed to be the answer for the person who wanted to save money.

The local Oldsmobile dealer picked up the Yugo brand when they were first introduced. Had them one month and then it was Yugo? What Yugo?

I am not holding my breath for this latest "slow day in the news, advertising blurb." Sorry Paul.

CAVEAT EMPTOR--LET THE BUYER BEWARE.
