• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. 3 day old ST Limited blowing parking light fuse

Hello all,
My other half took her brand new 2014 Spyder ST Limited out for a ride yesterday and it seems to be blowing the 15A parking light fuse instantly. It could have done it when we left the dealership with it on Saturday but I actually just noticed it this afternoon.

I tried a couple new 15A fuses, when I turn the key on I can see the parking lights on the front fenders come on for a split second then the fuse blows. Anyone every run across this before? Maybe it's simple and I can fix it? I called the dealer and they said to bring it in at my earliest convenience but if I could get away with not bringing to the dealer I'd be happy. Thanks.

Thanks for the replies. I didn't know if it was by chance an issue that someone else had seen before and could point me in a general direction. I'll bring it back to the dealer tomorrow and let them deal with it.

When I got my 2013 ST the parking lights blew the fuse. When it was put together they put a screw thru the wiring at the tail light

Little checking..!!

if your into it, check around the front wheels to see if wiring has been rubbed through. Sometimes the wiring is not zipped properly. Then there is the tag light and running lights tail end. Quick visual anyway and have dealer fix it...

I checked all the obvious things but I couldn't find anything wrong. I dropped it off at the dealer early this afternoon, we'll see what they find.

Just got back from picking it up at the dealer. They said a terminal had come out of the back of the fuse box for the parking light circuit. All lights are fully functional now. They even gave us a new battery under warranty because the other one checked out a little low.
