Just tried to make a reservation at the Fairfield Inn. Hotel did not recognize the group rate. Tried online, calling the hotel direct and the national Marriott reservations line. They wanted 189 a night without the promo rate.

Suggestions? We would like to attend and stay at this hotel.

Just a quick update, Marriott corporate called me back. The group rate contract has not yet been accepted/booked. Needs to be finalized before we can book using the rate.

The 2nd Annual Hill County Spyder Ride

Oct 17- 7pm Meet at Coyote PowerSports 32127 IH 10 West for Dinner. If anyone is interested there will be a lunch ride Friday from Boerne to Alamo Springs Café. We will go by way of Blanco, Luckenback,Alamo Springs, Comfort, Center Point. Camp Veide, Bandera and back to Boerne. It will be 144 mile ride total with gas and PT break in Blanco and Bandera.hyea:
Meet at Coyote PowerSports 32127 IH 10 West. Start time 10:00 am Oct 17 .

Oct 18- We'll meet at Coyote Power-Sports at 8 am for Breakfast and Leave for the 3 Sister ride starting at 9 am.

Oct 19- A short ride to Fredericksburg for lunch & shopping
