• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

-28 work is closed and no ryding today

I would have to assume that if you live in Minnesota you would have to expect these sorts of days! It’s not global warming, but it is climate change!

-50 windchill really frustrating

Having been born and raised in Canada, I understand those temps - - and your pain!. So, when I bought my Spyder, I chose the 'migratory' version; one that could head south in the fall, like the birds. Six weeks before I even paid for the F3L, I bought a trailer to haul it with.

Yikes...!!!

Been there done that and moved away....in a hurry. Lived in Montana for a spell going to college and shortly after the real cold set in moved to Florida.;) Do hope it warms up soon and it is not too bad on you all....

I did a motorcycle ride in -20 in Duluth, MN...ONCE...on my two wheeler Yamaha in the mid sixties. I did not find it very fun as an experience. I guess I learn quick. :roflblack:

Here in Vermont we are having a snow squall, "they have a snow squall warning issued Jan. 30th @ 5:14 p.m. until 6:15 p.m.

Then a Wind chill advisory issued Jan. 30th @ 3:10 pm until Jan31, @ 12:00 pm.

Then this weekend the temps in the 20's to 30's.

Next week the temps in the 30's and 40's and rain.
