2024 RTL. Looking for 12v switched power in frunk - any direction/help?

Hi, I'm sure this has been asked a bunch of times, and I've found many different answers but often for different year models, but here goes.

I just picked up a used 2024 RTL from a dealer on the weekend. Canadian model (I understand Euro models have different wiring and legal lighting.)

I had the battery compartment open to install a battery tender cable, since the previous owner didn't install one. I opened the liner, removed the battery cover, and popped out the rubber grommet to the right of the battery. I hear there's a 12v accessory connector 'somewhere inside' where the grommet is. I've fished around with my fingers, but found most tubes back there feel solid and metallic, or major wire harnesses. If I look from the tire into that area, there looks to be metal pipes (abs? vacuum?) with screw-in connectors and a large harness from the fuse box? What am I feeling for here? Is the connector pushed into the plastic and needs to be found and then pulled? I hear the side connector is stored that way.

Since the bike was used, the previous owner may have connected something since removed and zip tied the wires. I don't want to be yanking at things indiscriminately. I could pull the battery and maybe see what's there, but I don't really need it right now. It's just been bugging me. I'll probably install a Zumo or Carpuride later, but I believe the connector to use for that is on the right side of the trike.

Also, I noticed today that the Front Bumper Lamp Auxiliary Light cover is missing. Not a big deal, but I don't see a wired connector there either. It may be pushed into the plastic molding or maybe they’ve done away with that and it’s not part of the harness anymore?

Thanks for any direction. I'm sure others will have similar questions as the answer changes with every Spyder generation.

The accessories cable is on the right side, under the panel that goes to the frunk and has 3 screws and 3 pushpins (under the frunk cover)

By the aux light, I’m guessing you mean the bottom one? I guess the previous owner had one installed and removed it. If it was installed by the dealer, maybe he didn’t have that plastic panel? The wire is probably pushed in - in between the bottom of the inner tub. The connector goes out on the left side of the frunk under the same panel as the right side 3 x pushpins/screws.

I have power behind the battery area, nothing at front, but British versions do not have the front auxiliary wires. I used a cheap endoscope to look for them. It's pretty useful for looking in and under the Spyder.

I have a endoscope and I totally forgot about it and didn't even think that direction.

Yeah, it's the bottom light or panel I was referring to, so I'll check to find that wire and if I do, I'll probably fish it out and buy a light, otherwise maybe I can 3d print a blank panel... I suspect buying the OEM blank will cost more than a light. Anyhow, if I do need to make up a blank, I'll post the stl on Thingiverse, should someone else need one.

I'll pull the side panel off in a few weeks, find that connector and hook it up, now I know there's power there. No rush, for the next few weeks I won't be riding anywhere I don't know..

The black plate is ~$10. The BRP chin light is $300. You can buy a 5in LED strip for less than $10 and mount it over the black plate.

Wow, after getting misc small parts for other bikes, I imagined any body panel would start at $100. I suppose it's because it's not a painted part.
