I had the same issue. Finally, I noticed that my Spyder was linked thru the dock, not thru Bluetooth.

Currently at the dealership to try and figure out the Bluetooth music issue. I will keep this thread updated
Same bike, same issue. It was bad enough that ACP wasn't operational when I got the bike, but now I can't listen to anything except the radio.
What really made me mad was that I had to tell my dealer that ACP wasn't active on any of the 2024 RTL's that they're selling. They'd been selling them for months and didn't have a clue. SMH...and my fist!
My Dealer opened a Case file with BRP. I contacted Customer support @ 1-888-272-922 and they were looked at my case file and said it looked like mine was the only Bike reporting this issue. In order to get results anyone with this issue needs to contact the phone number given and have them log the issue. If they get enough reports, then maybe they will put some urgency into finding a resolution. The person who I spoke to said once the issue was resolved I could apply for compensation for all the time I rode back and forth to the dealer to address this issue along with wasted work vacation days. My closest Dealer is over an hour away from where I live. The Goldwing DST is looking better every day, but the additional $9500 increase in cost due to my Spyder now being considered used is a hard pill to swallow!
So update today from BRP Customer Support to my Dealer
We have several different issues with the new cluster and we are waiting for the big very important update. This update will solve several issues with the new cluster and includes as well the ACP function software. The update will be available in the first week May, they promised us.... Please do not spend more time diag of replacing parts before the update is installed
Glad to see I am not alone. Picked up my 24 RTL on Tuesday, 4/30. Couldn't get the radio to work on the ride home but, no big deal. I thought I just needed to read the manual. Got home and realized the output was set to headset. Changed to speakers and the radio worked. Turned off the Spyder. Dealer called to let me know my helmet comms had arrived. Paired my Android phone to the Spyder, launched Pandora no music. Looked like it was playing but, nothing from phone or spyder. Volume wide open on phone and Spyder. Switched to radio, nothing. Oh well, drove down to dealer. In the dealer parking lot, I stopped to back in to a parking space. Spyder would not go in reverse, it shifted to neutral and then it would not go into first or reverse. Pushed to a spot and turned off, turned back on. Radio came on loud for a second or two then dropped down real low. Spyder would then shift into reverse. Told the dealer and they said try a new battery. I said, you try a new battery. They took it back to service and removed the battery and they realized they didn't have a battery in stock. So, I got my comms and headed home. HEY!!! My radio works. Listened to the radio for about an hour. Got home, paired comms and spyder and was finally able to get Pandora in my helmet....once, and tried to call my wife from the headset. Now, no more radio again or pandora. Shifting issue hasn't returned at least.
Did your ACP work?
Not sure. I have an Android. I may try with the wife's iphone one day.
