• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2023 rumors - anyone heard anything about the 2023 release?

Has anyone heard anything about the 2023 release? I haven't seen anything on when or if they're doing anything in August like years past. I've been watching Smoak and he had a video of him testing something for BRP but said he couldn't talk about anything until August. He also made a comment about waiting until August to see if there is a new F3 in the works. Maybe I'm just reading into things too much.

If you want a guess - I would expect an announcement of electrification coming in '25 or '26. With the announced return of 2 wheel motorcycles (and the current climate of supply chain issues and full retail sales prices) - I would be surprised if BRP has spent (or will spend) a single dime changing or updating the current three wheel segment for a couple years and THEN only with a big splash type of move. That would be my prediction and even if I am completely wrong - its a cool rumor.

2nd guess - in addition to a return to offroad 2 wheel motorcycles - BRP will announce an all new line of streetbikes based around Spyder drivelines. (or an entry priced bike based on Ryker underpinnings)
They already have engines, transmissions, 70% of the frame and 90% of the assorted pieces - this would be a very easy added product line.

I am guessing no major changes for the next couple of years until they come out with the EV Ryker and eventually come out with the EV Spyder.

I've heard that BRP is hoping to get the 2023 models to the dealers fully assembled and ready to go :)

Would you be referring to this?

I've heard that only 2 colors will be offered for 2023. Goat vomit green and pink with lavender highlites. :2thumbs:

I guess my excitement is what I get from watching a BRP brand ambassador that doesn't personally own any BRP products. haha

Just got an update from my dealer and my 2022 delivery is now 31 August (maybe). So I'm very interested in seeing what 2023 brings.

I also talked to BRP this afternoon and depending on how delivery of the 2022 models go (or not) they may offer some rebates on 2023 models to those of us who didn't get their 2022s. They told me that they did that for 2022 Snowmobiles orders that BRP was unable to fulfil. They provided credits towards 2023 models.

We'll see how it goes. :dontknow:
