• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2020 RTL - broken saddlebag latch...

Went to open the right hand saddlebag Saturday (after making sure it was unlocked) and the latch snapped off easily. Tried to open the left side and with the fear of breaking that latch tried to open it. Latch flexed/bent but saddle bag did NOT open.

Currently I dont used the saddlebags often. But in this case, I wanted to put some groceries in them.

Anyone else have this problem?

I did see a post awhile back where someone did the same thing (broke both latches). I think their dealer fixed it under warrantee. They had issues with the fit of some panels back there also they said.

I am having lots of trouble with my left side case - it was extremely hard to open (but it worked) and I had a work order pending on it, waiting for the new rear plastic replacement to come in. Plastic got installed on Saturday however it totally jacked my left side case where it won't/can't open at all. The dealer has a ticket into BRP for guidance on repair and am waiting. It's 132 miles to the dealer each way and the temps were over 108 degrees when we rode there and back. The replacement plastic didn't appear to be a good fit at all. :0(
