• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2020 RT (2nd Look)

Went back to the dealership today for some parts. They had the Petrol Blue 2020 RT completely assembled. It was pretty much just out of the crate when I first saw it. Beautiful machine! Very impressive. But this particular Spyder is suffering with many of the fit and finish issues I've heard are plaguing the new Spyders. Really a shame that the small things (again) are hindering an otherwise awesome motorcycle.

The dealer tells me that BRP is well aware of the problems. Well, I would think so. But surely they were aware of them BEFORE they shipped to the dealerships. So, new parts (mostly panel pieces) are on the way from the factory. And anyone with a poorly fitting issue will end up with new parts that do fit.

It is a surprise to me that, at this late date, BRP is still buttering the wrong side of the toast.

Do you sell just the links for the 2020 RT swaybar? To replace the links do you still need the 24'' ground clearance?
Thanks, Rick

Not Ron, but I did install one on my 2020 RTL and yes, you still need the clearance. It's my 3rd swaybar install and it installs basically the same way as before.

Not sure if you're answering my question. If only replacing the links what ground clearance is required?
Thank, Rick

FatBoy is correct. You don't need to lift the Spyder at all to change the links. Though it is a bit easier to change them if you lift it some.

Does anyone know if the parts are available? My new 2020 RT Limited is suffering from the form the fit and finish problems BajaRon mentioned

The dealer where I purchased my 2020 said the proper part would be available in April and owners will get the notice.
