I am trying to remove the canam driver backrest and am trying to find out where the latch is under the passenger seat. Is it the the thing that looks like a pull handle? I have pulled on it but nothing moves. From what I have read the backrest needs to be removed to move the passenger seat. When the dealer installed the backrest one of the tabs at the back of the seat is on top of where it should be underneath like the other side.
