2018 RT Owners Manual lacking detail

I'm a little frustrated with the lack of detail found in the 2018 RT owners manual regarding the audio and BRP Connect functions. It tells you a little bit about what is there, but not much about what to do when you get there. For example, it does mention radio presets, but gives no guidance on how to scan for a station and how to set that station as a preset. On the trip odometer screen there is no information on how to reset the miles or average mpg. I have figured out most of this by the hunt and peck method, but it sure would have helped if there was some detailed guidance in the manual. Several inquires to BRP have resulted in no help. The "senior" customer service agent basically said "see your dealer". My dealer says that he knows less than I do about this. Does anyone know of a manual supplement or guide that provides the details need to navigate through this maze? I looked at a 2017 owners manual and there was great information there. I think someone forgot to include that type of guidance in the 2018 manual.

Yeah, I agree. I actually pm'd someone asking about syncing sena helmet systems with it since I couldn't find any details beyond "go here to connect your driver and passenger helmet". I've been watching a lot of the vlogs from different owners (BRPs tutorials, Smoak's vlogs, etc.) to try to get a feel for it before I actually have to work it this afternoon.

That deficiency is not new for 2018.

The section about the audio controls was pathetic for both the '14 and the '17 I've had (same content, copied across the years, I think).

Oddly enough, the paper work that came with the CB upgrade contained information about ALL of the settings what is much better.
So they had the information all along but were just too lazy or stupid to put it where the owners really need it.

Now they get to start all over.......and don't seem to be doing any better this time around.

I contacted BRP care and was told to look up BRP vids, but still need more info . There are vids by forum members that are much better.
