• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Here's a Picture...

No one has linked to any pictures of the new F3 Limited in this thread yet. Here's one from the site showing the removable top case, and the optional arm rests. Got to admit, it looks pretty good for those who liked the F3T, but still wanted more storage space, like the RT has. I sort of like the looks of that new WIDE trunk. It's quite pricey though, at $30 grand before adding accessories.

But in the front, it's all "F3", which makes it off-limits to a lot of folks because of the unconventional riding position which is "awkward" for many. As nice as this is, I hope that they keep the RT around for quite a while, and that there is room for both in the market.

The RTS is roughly a grand less, and the RTL is roughly a grand more than this F3L. I'll bet they both outsell it, but I could be wrong.

Saw 2017 RTD at Dealers

I saw a 2017 champagne colored RTD today at Flemingo Motorsports in Palmer, MA. Sharp looking color. Didn't notice any visual changes other than color. I was told it's been on the floor for over a week. The sales manager was in Orlando for the big dealer meeting.

I too sure hope they keep the RT model forever! ( Although forever is not really that far away for a old guy like me) I'm not sure If I'd be riding at all if I didn't have an RT. I just don't like the looks and the seating position on the crotch rockets. My wife would probably not ride with me either. I just love my 2011 RTLtd
