• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2017 F3 or RT

Yes the driver isn't as protected from the elements on the F3 as on the RT and that could be an issue in NY state.

Looks like I'm leaning towards a leftover 2016 RT Limited in Pearl White the place is going to knock close to 6 grand off it

If you ride solo, you can't beat the F3 Limited. If you ride two up, you'd better get their input on the comfort and security.

:agree::agree::agree: 2 up is more comfortable for the passenger on the RT and the longer the ride the better it is.

RT for me

I traded my 2011 RT for a 2017 RT and as much as I loved the 2011 the 2017 is more greater as they say. I test rode the other didn't feel comfortable to be I couldn't get settled on it. Just my input
:yes::yes::yes::yes:

I have had four RTs and now have an F3 limited. for long rides 400+ miles in a day the RT is the way to go, for shorter rides my choice is the F3, my wife will tell you that anything over 150 miles for her and she prefers the RT (as a passenger)

We have a '15 RTL, and put 4K miles on it/year. Linda and I rode with another couple to Maximum Powersports. We sat on a '17 F3L. I am sure that with the U-Fit system, I could get comfortable; bit my wife didn't care for the passenger environment at all. There is a you tube video by Pierre of Spyder TV that compares the RTL to the F3L, if you like documented reviews. Cruzr Joe's synopsis is in agreement with Pierre
Good Luck. Have fun test riding.

Just pulled the trigger on a left over 2016 RT Limiteded Pearl White just couldn't see paying close to 6,000 more for a 2017. The Champagne Pearl looks great in the RT Limited and the F3 Limited in Pearl as well but the price point on the 2016 RT Limited was tough to pass up. It's still in the create at the dealer I'm debating on the hitch having it installed before it leaves the dealer. That pearl white with that chrome looks pretty good .
