• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Yep! All years. Even 2020. You can bend the clips so there tighter but you need to tape them on with something like Gorilla tape. Tape underneath the mirror over the seam. You would think after 6 years with this problem BRP would use screws to attach the cover. I guess they can't really think outside the box.

We use clear Gorilla tape on the underside. You don’t see it, but it holds fine. Maybe someday, they will address it. They typically need Wedgies, to eliminate the shake. We have done 500 or so. No complaints. Joe

in 40 000Km, it happened also to me once a few weeks ago.

I used pliers to have the black metal clip that retains it a little bit more tight and also managed to have the mirror stiffer. I find out that if the mirror is very tight on the Spyder, the cover will have less chance to fell off.

To have the mirror more tight, there's some trick that you can use but one of the best is probably the "wedgie" that you can find around here in the forum:
