Hi, I'm wanting to purchase a new 2015 RT-s-SE6 from a local dealership. I've never been good at negotiating a price as I can't hide my excitement and the salesmen see right through me. The listed price is 28,249,00.00. Are motorcycle dealership prices negotiable in the first place and if so, what should I try to get them down to?

I recently got my 2015 RT-S for $22,399 at Honda East in northern OH. Had to be shipped to them and assembled, which some dealers charge for, but they didn't. I also got an extended warranty, for a total of 3 years instead of 2. (The photo in the link shows a low windshield, but it came with the full length one.)

This phone call is taking forever. I decided on the rt limited. Figured the resale value would be better when I'm ready to trade it in. Just waiting for the overnight check to make it to the dealer today. Of course it's crappy weather in Kansas City the day I'm picking it up...
