2015 RTS - Fender lights not flashing - HELP!!!!

Scenario:

why will my right fender running lights/signals not blink? While using the right signal, all other lights blink and flash, however the flash is faster that normal. (like a bulb is bad, but they're all good..)

They operate like they always have except they aren't flashing. When I turn the key on, they light up in the running light mode, but when I try and turn on the right hand flashers, the fender lights remain lit and no flashing....

I've taken apart and cleaned/reseated the connections, I still have the same results. Left side works fine, just the right side turn signal fails to flash the fender led's.

Any ideas?

If your talking about ....OEM fender lights .... I don't think they ever did .... If you have after market contact the seller .....good luck .... Mike :thumbup:

they flashed on Sunday, they were on the bike when I bought it.

If they are the aftermarket kits that make them blink alternatery with the turn signals??? I think there is a flasher module for each side, if my memory service me correctly...larryd

there is a little in line computer board looking thing, I cleaned it, resealed it up and same result. I checked with a voltmeter, there's power going through it. I guess the flashing part of that could be bad?

You could contact TricLED for assistance with troubleshooting and replacement parts. They’re the manufacturer. Good people. They’re always glad to help.

I called TricLED, they weren't much help, what I described, they didn't make... Just sent pics and video to custom dynamics, It's theirs, and They are sending me a replacement. the module is the issue...

Had similar issue & connection broke where was tapped into behind mirror. Unfortunately one of last places checked.

2 Thumbs up to Custom Dynamics for the replacement part to make the lights blink again. I'll be buying more things from them, very easy to work with and very good about standing behind their products. Thought you'd like a little feedback. I'll get it on the bike asap..

ohhhhhhhh my Yes , back when I was still working everyday , I thought many times about hiking through the mountains behind my house after I retired now... I can bearly get out of bed , and a big job just washing my Spyder for a sunny day ride , I never knew any of this . . . it's not just like I always planned it really... :roflblack:
