• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2015 Riding Gear

Do you mean us ole, "PHATT-BASTIDS"? :D

Well...Bob...it is unfortunately what it is!!!;)

I have teetered for 26 years of marriage between 200-210. I hit 50 two years ago and was diagnosed with sleep apnea...everyone said get that under control and the weight will fall off...OK 1.5 years of CPAP and I am at 240!!! It's killing me!!!

Unfortunately my wife is still at 5'2" and only 120 lbs. Boy...am I glad she still loves me!!!

I just figure that I'm "undertall"; not "overweight"... :D
No excuses: I just flat-out like to eat!
But I have found that maturity, has brought a change in my eating preferences...
I find that I actually enjoy a good salad now; as a snack.... NOT as a meal! :yikes:

:shocked::hun:
Reality is a universal truth; one's perceptions of it, may be colored by preconceived notions and personal prejudices...
But still: Truth, is truth.

Whoa... my head hurts!
Not to get too heavy on ya, but most psychiatrists, many philosophers, and probably even many quantum physicists may all disagree with you. Read this opinion, and your head will hurt more.

...or if you want a practical example that truth is not universally consistent, you have only to look at the degree to which truth varies among our political leaders. They all (well, probably most of them) think they know what is true in their hearts. (Not being critical of politicians - it's not a bad thing that they have varying ideas about what the truth is.) Or better yet, if you want an example closer to home, ask yourself... "Is your reality always exactly the same as that of the Missus?" Think about it.

Reality really is subjective.

I will try them on first

Before making an educated assumption. ;-)

Who knows? If the gloves fit, I may commit!! Hahaha

A subjective perception of a truth; does not change the truth... :D
Example: If you have three Blind men lead up to an elephant, and then told to describe it...
The one that touches the trunk, might describe it as a snakelike creature...
The one touching the body; It's like a mountain
And the third touching the ear; it's like a bird, with huge wings.
Their subjective perceptions of the animal varied greatly; but the elephant didn't change...

I need more coffee, if this is going to continue. :coffee:

:gaah: Here we go! ANOTHER person, who wants to stick to the script... :D
Oh :opps:... that's right!
I don't care for the new fashion statement; that BRP is trying to make with this line of clothing.

Awesome New Line

.......now if Can-Am can get some one under 50 to ryde their Spyders, I think this stuff will sell. I am with you Bob, even though we won't fall over like a two wheeler we can still get hit by some idiot and ATGATT makes me feel better. With the gear I have I don't even get hot on hot days. I am guessing that the people that wear this new stuff will be the type that ride down to the local hangout to be seen, then drive right back home. Remember I am pretty sure the filming was done in Los Angeles.......to quote Jim Morrison the people in this shoot are "Just Another Lost Angel" ....

Can we please stick to the topic of this thread.

Thanks,
Not sure, but I don't think there's much more to say about this topic than what's already been said.. It was interesting to see the new gear though. Glad you posted it.
