2014 ST Limited - Brake Lights Stay On After Shutting Down

2014 ST Limited. Brake lights stay on after turning the key off. Concern is that the brake lights stay on while driving, providing incorrect visual information to drivers (cars and/or bikes) behind me.


Internet research indicates that there is a BRP Service Bulletin for this malfunctioning brake light SWITCH. Does anybody have a website link for that Service Bulletin?


Spyder is still covered under Warranty, but in case there is obstinance from the Dealer, having a copy of the Service Bulletin would be handy.

Any/all assistance would be appreciated.

I appreciate your comment, but how can I ensure that the post will be read by as many people as possible? There aren't that many ST owners out there, and perhaps this isn't an issue specifically to ST models. I was just trying to cover all bases as best possible.

Check for crud obstructing the return mechanism. That is sometimes the solution to the problem. :thumbup::thumbup:
