Purchased new 2013 Spyder RT in Nov. 2013. I have discovered that the frame is not the same as other 2013 's. Tried to install webboards, wouldn't fit. Tried to install spyder pops block off plate wouldn't work, extra metal plate in the way in exhaust area blocking exit holes. Spyder pops suggested I may have a prototype. Any ideas?

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

They are supposed to share frames.
May of 2013 is late in the game for 2013 production; but it's not at the very end of the bike build...
You could have caught one that they were tinkering with.

I see that you have ISCI floorboards... :thumbup:
You may want to contact them; Those 'Boards simply may not have been designed to work with the heel/toe shifter that you tried to install...

I highly doubt you have a prototype. First off, the vin would be some weird number that should throw up a red flag. Second, why build a prototype and not test it, yours had zero miles when purchased.
As for what you may have, it could be a "running change" where mods or improvements were made to the production run from a certain SN and thereafter.
It does happen where two "identical" machines with a bit of calender time between production dates, will see minor differences, happens with motorcycles, cars, trucks, bicycles, toasters, lawnmowers etc.
This should be a good thing for you, sorry the arts don't plug and play.
