• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Okay guys needs some advice.....went to my local Spyder dealer today to buy a 2014 RT Limited with a trailer hitch & CB radio installed, he quote me $31,500. Seems there was nothing off the RT and a few hundred off the radio and hitch. Has anybody else that's purchased an RT got any off MSRP?

Thanks

Absolutely

Pitbull Powersports. They are a sponsor on Spyderlovers. Clem's powersports also offered me a discount off MSRP but not nearly as good as Pitbull. Pitbull got the business. Two other dealers I checked with said MSRP no budging. I said thank you and moved on.

A friend told me he got a nice discount at Pitbull in Springfield, MO for his 2014 RT-SE6. They're a sponsor of the board and the host of SpyderFest each year. Give them a shout.

Canadian pricing

2014 RT Limited MSRP is $33,799 up in Canada.

I think $31,500 US with the add-on is a decent price.

Pricing on the newest and latest is likely to stay near MSRP for awhile. Pitbull has been mentioned, and a lot of people seem to be happy with what's going on there. Pitbull excluded, but some dealers that low ball the price also low ball the quality of the service. Make sure you know what you may be in for if low price is your biggest deal.

Prices..!!

They are just starting to get feedback on these units and so far all good. Pricing will not drop anytime soon and that does sound like a good deal. But never hurts to call around now that you have a figure. Someone may undersell your dealer..!!

Pricing on 2014

I've been told by two different dealers that the CB is not available on the 2014. I was told there are going to the wireless with blue tooth/intercom for driver passenger. I asked about an aftermarket CB at one dealer and they weren't aware of any. Seems like we have conflicting stories on the CB, wonder which is right?? What dealer quoted you the price for the CB radio??

It'll be pretty tough to find discounts on these machines right now...
They're brand-spankin'-new; have addressed virtually every gripe mentioned about the previous models, and they've been getting some pretty good press...
But have fun hunting!

Twin Cities Motorsports in Roseville California

Heck buy a new 2013 add in the work to make it right you still only have $25K-$28K in it and with the right changes just as good less the Hp as the 2014......

When I pointed that out to me dealer he dug a bit deeper on-line and discovered the "new" CB and part number. I don't know the new part number as the unit just came in and I waiting for the installation to be performed. Also, I don't know if the new CB would require a different BRP headset.

What my money is worth .....

Today, I ordered my 2014 Limited. I paid $30,850 which bought me the stock machine, the OEM push-button frunk release, 1 additional year of warranty (for a total of 5 years factory warranty), and a full tank of gas. I was in/out of the dealership in 10 minutes ..... I never spent so much money in so little time!
