• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Remembering that I am pretty technically impaired, will someone please tell me how to remove the antenna boot on my 2013 ST Limited? Someone snapped off the antenna at the base and I would like to replace it. Suggestions for a new antenna and how to take the old base off would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much in advance ~ Sharon

antenna1.jpgantenna2.jpgI don't mean to be stupid but the boot on my ST looks differently. Will the lift from the bottom and squeeze method work for it too?

Not quite but its not too difficult either fyi. I would recommend having a good selection of small openend wrenches on hand you will need 2 one to loosen ,while one holds backup , sorry I forgot the size but it is doable i changed mine in the first monthimage.jpg
the replacement i used was a universal fit type & i adapted with all thread. Will post better pics soon.

......Sharon I have found it very helpful if I know how things are put together before I attempt to take them apart .... Many of the vendor sites have parts FICHEs' that you can look at that shows them in pieces ...PROCALIBER.COM is one or CHEAPARTS .COM ........ Mike

One more of the base from stock antenna fyi the rubber boot just slides up & provides acess for a wrench. image.jpg Find the right size wrench& turn the correct direction & it will come on out.
