• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2013 RTS Tire and Dyna Beads Question

I first want to apologize for another thread on tires. I did some searching and could not locate a definitive answer. (Apologize if I missed something)

I am attempting to find Kumho tires in my stock size for all three corners. This is proving difficult. For those that have bought them can you provide a link or website of where to find them.

I am am also going with Dyna beads to balance said tires. For those who use this product or like product can you advise how much you are putting in each tire.

Also a quick poll. Smooth Spyder or No Smooth Spyder.

Thanks for any assistance.

Beads: 3oz. rear, 2 oz each front tire. Why only Kumho? Many are using Federal Evo's on the front in stock size. There are many tires that will fit the rear and work well and are a slightly different size. rears in 205/55/15 or 215/60/15 are available in many brands including Kumho.

Thanks for the info on the beads. What about the fronts. What is the best size to use if can't find stock size?

Let's see....

Can"t help with the first questions, don't use car tires or put stuff in them but my questions is as to smoothspyder. Which product are you talking about...?? if it is the belt tensioner then it would depend on if you are having a lot of vibrations with the belt aligned and tensioned properly. I have one and it works well. Will say does not get rid of all vibrations but helps .
