I have a '13 limited and I'm constantly having starting and shut down issues. When I turn key nothing happens.There is no display, lights etc. I try many times with only fail. Had dealer pick up bike and they replaced cluster. Get bike back and drive it and it shuts down on me, loss off power almost wrecked. Got it home on neighbor trailer. Dealer picked up again. Replaced cluster again. On way back from dealer stop for lunch and had the starting prob. Eventually it started and got back home. Once home, turned bike off and it would not start again. No power. Dealer told me to replace battery. So I did. Got it working. Took bike back up to check. They found no issue. So I went to start bike and would not start. Took dealer out to bike and they said "oh, we need to check on it.". After week goes by, its ready and they replaced right side wire harness. Took onelong trip(2hr) no prob. This last weekend took it out and i stop for lunch. Bike not turnung on again. This time i leave key in on pos and move handles back n fourth. It powered up. I started out of parking lot and it died in middle of road. Had to push it back into lot. Called dealer. They Saïd get it tow to us. Then i waited 5hr and 1030pm AAA showed up to take home. Dealer coming to pick up. Got home with bike not running for 6 hrs and tried it. Started right up. Didnt drive it cause i Didnt want to beak down again. Do you guys have any suggestions

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Not a whole lot of suggestions other than to have dealer check each and every connection, ground point, and battery. Electrical gremlins are such a bitch to diagnose, especially when you have a situation like yours. One minute it is FUBAR and the next it is working fine. But definitely have dealer get in touch with BRP to open a case file so that they are aware of it. I'm knocking on wood that my 2013 RT Limited doesn't develope any of the many issues posted here in this forum. So far so good. I hope you get your Spyder back and working as it should.
