2013 build date vs. front end fixes?

My new 2013 RT-S has a build date of May 8, 2013. Does anyone know the "cut-off" when the units were coming off the line with the new front end pieces and didn't have to have the dealer do the fix? Is there a specific range of VINs that the dealers had to fix?
Just interested and confirming what I've been told.

I can't give you a definite answer but I purchased my 2013 RT during Spyderfest and it is supposed to have come from the factory with the new ball joints. So it had to be manufactured before May since I got it in April.

My dealer told me April was the date.
