• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have a 2012 Rt SM5. I changed the battery and now have a "Check Engine" light. Any insights would be appreciated. The bike seems to run fine. I drove it for a couple of miles with no problems. I'm afraid to ryde any real distance for fear of it going into "Limp Mode".

The only thing that comes to mind is ... in what order you connected the terminals, or are you sure the new Battery was FULLY charged. .... Try removing the Key at least Six inches from the ignition, and waiting 5 minutes .... this clear the message .... good luck .... Mike

I also think, a not fully charged battery, enough juice to start, but no full charge...
Hook it to a tender, leave it overnight, key outta the way (as blueknight suggested), and it should be good to go
