There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

So.. Will the cable that comes with the 2011 keep the Ipod charged?? I am just wondering cause I should be getting my Ipod today or tomorrow an dont wanna buy a charger for the 12v outlet if not needed..

Purchased a 2012 RT Limited a few months ago and ordered the IPOD intergration cable off of ebay last month... it seems I got the 2011 cable version as their description didn't state what models the cable was intended for... Explains why my IPOD won't properly function (won't charge and stops playing periodically). Even the BRP store has the same description as the one I purchased and I can't seem to locate a 2012 RT cable version on their site. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

You should have received both cables (iPod and mp3) and the lock cylinder for the trailer. Checking in your luggage to be sure they aren't there.

:agree:,I got both cables with my 2012 Limited, they where in the trunk and there use explained to me by the service tech on my walk through when taking delivery.

Finally found cables
After calling the store where we purchase the Spyder about not getting our IPOD cables and waiting a few days for an answer, my wife asked me if they may have been in the GPS box. Sure enough, they were... :clap::clap: Now, I'll have see if I can sell the 2011 RT IPOD cable we bought off of EBAY...
