2011 RT here and had the P0174 code. Cleaned the body per BRP instructions and has not been back.

I am also assuming you had al the updates?
My understanding is that BRP changed something to do with the TB's that was pushed out in a update.
We replaced ours within 6 months of owning it, 2011 RTS. Haven't had an issue since.
I was looking at the parts book and found the Position Sensor is now available as a separate unit for about $75. No longer do we have to pay $800 for the entire assembly.
are you talking of the gear position sensor ?
Yes it had all the software updates done in July 2013. I bought it used and it never saw the dealer till I got it. My understanding is the 2011 has had no updates since then.
I will say this though. My 2011 was built late 2011 so the TB change that people talk about on 2012's may have been in mine.

We haven't taken ours to the dealer either since then....until this last trip home, our center gauge cluster went out. And when they were troubleshooting it, they said there were 2 updates behind. So I guess 2 updates in 5 years isn't that bad.
Might have to check then. Mine went in for a "set screw in the engine" warranty service 2 years ago. No updates then so they said. Since then I have been doing my own service so it has not been back. Now you have me curious if there has been any updates for code since mid 2015. I will call with the VIN and see if I can get them to tell me if I have any. Thanks.

No. I saw the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) listed as a separate part.
Can the TPS cause a p0174 code? Replaced everything else, don't know what else to do. Doesn't seem like BRP or the dealer knows either, all they want to do is keep throwing parts at it in the hopes that takes care of it. I was thinking throttle body issues, but not getting the throttle body code, just the p0174. Thanks

Grandpot, where did you see this part listed?

The TPS will not cause a P0174. You are running lean on bank 2. Most likely you have a vacuum leak. Check hoses, gaskets, and O-rings. With the engine running, spray some carburetor cleaner near potential leaks. When the rpm's change, you found the leak.
Hi there,
We encourage you to stay in touch with your dealer as we have noted they have an open case with our Technical Department who are assisting them with this.
Best regards,
