2010 RT Left Turn Signal on front wheel not working

Hello,
I just bought a 2010 RT. It's wonderful but it just has a few things that need to be fixed. One of them is that the left turn signals on the front left fender of the wheel do not work. The LED's in the back and also the side of the wheel don't blink. Would this be an easy fix? I have a good friend that works on all kinds of bikes, planes, etc so I know he can fix it but I wanted to give him an idea of what could be the problem first. Any help would be appreciated.

So the lights work but they don't blink? It should be pretty easy to check, it would either be that the module is disconnected at the mirror or else the module is bad. Custom Dynamics made the module for the style fender that you have and they usually have a blue wire that is run from the mirror down to the A-arm where the module should be.
