2 Wheeler down

Driving south on sr 41into land o
O lakes, Fl and came on a bad accident. A 2 Wheeler was In the road at a junction, it looked real bad. All I could identify was a black tank and a helmet. There was not enough to tell what make it was, just a pile of scrap. Watching on local news for a story. Say a little prayer, let's hope for the best. UPDATE

Just found the report, 23 year old was reported traveling at a very high rate of speed and making multiple lane changes. Then, turned into the side of an suv destroying the bike - - deceased.
This reminds me of the video of the high speed race posted a couple days ago.
How sad, who did he leave behind?

Sad but True

Sorry to hear that, but the truth is I took many unnecessary risks in my younger years too. I consider myself very fortunate to have survived my youth!! That said I'm still riding on two wheels and will someday be coming over to a Spyder for both physical aging reasons and enhanced safety. As for helmets, I always wear one even though most of my friends don't. I really don't care if they're laughing at me behind my back either!! It's my head & my brain.

:agree:...I guess it's a good thing I didn't ride until later in life or there may not have been a later in life...Sometimes the brain does not kick in until it's too late...
