Other than an inch of rain slowing my weekend ryding, I've had the RT for 4 days and now 420 miles... it's an amazingly different ryde from the RS. Comfort is there from the start, my bride loves the comfort and secure feeling, the auto suspension is as good as my old Wing, and the iPod interface works better than the one in my BMW X3...
I have no idea what kind of milage I'm getting (I suspect, not very good), as I'm still learning the SE trans - mine came with the shorter windshield (too short for me), and I'm looking forward to going back to the stock tall one - the extra three inches will make a huge positive difference.
I do find that I use lower gears more often than I did on the RS - 5th seem more like an overdrive.... but I tend to be MORE aggressive in the corners with the SE?? Go figure.
I don't remember who posted the pin-out for the GPS plug, but THANKS!!! I got the 550 wired, and bolted onto the Kwelmetal holder - the pop-out in the center of the bars keeps the sano look too!
When the RT was introduced, I really did not think I'd like it, but after riding my friend's RT A/C, I was hooked. Given all the support I received purchasing and shipping the beast, it's made a perfect early Christmas present for me.
