• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

1st. PROBLEM WITH MY RT!!!

sounds like those computers were 8 hours away , from the actual cycle :roflblack:

The 7.5 hour labor cost was due to the VCM was located in front of the motor and all the body work and frunk had to come off, that is what I was told anyway. The machine has been very reliable up to this point. We've been on a couple of 5,000 mile trips and all I've done is clean the bugs off the windshield and put gas in it. That my friend is how I like to do my trips and since I got that 2nd opinion, I got rid of that "monkey-on-my-back" and I can enjoy the ride. Mad Mac:doorag:

Bad batteries and bad battery connections can cause all sorts of ghost issues, at least based on stories I've read here. Just a possibility.

my brother had a problem with the lights, turned out fuse had gotten wet during rain storm caused fuse to blow this is a 17 model, so we used electric grease spray on all fuses and panels did the same to my 17, you may have to check yours and clean and spray

I drilled a couple of small drain holes in the fuse box covers(2ea.) and have never found any moisture in them. Mad Mac:doorag:

Check battery connections when I remove the battery tender QD plug at the beginning of the riding season, so that issue has ever surfaced. Mad Mac:doorag:
