• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

as it says above , when does full lockup occur? on the road we are
running 2800- 3000 normally, but around town 2-2500. pulls good
and not accelerating. am i harming the clutch ?im not one for pulling a lot
of rpms. this motor seems happy to shift at around 3-33300.--thanks for
any info--irv

The clutch on the 1330 semi is computer over hydraulic controlled. Not centrifugal like the 998. So when it engages it will be fully engaged.

Over 3K + RPM is more of a sweet spot for your bike..Either way it wont hurt it..

In my case, the 1330 clutch isn't fully engaged until about 2000 RPM. Only reason I say this is, I've got a really steep driveway, and when accelerating up the lane, I can feel slippage till about 2K. Your mileage my vary.
