• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

12V plug

I'm going to have the dealer put in a 12V plug but don't really like the idea of putting it in the trunk. I'll be using it for a GPS and maybe a heated vest.
Any suggestions where to put it (be nice)?

I have mine on the dash with no problems. It is a BMW style which is smaller than the standard cigar type plug. I'm not sure the one that BRP sells would fit here. It's also switched. The one I have in the trunk is the one that BRP sells and it is hot all the time.

I was wondering the same thing. Is it a heat troller for heated gear maybe?

Yep, he had a previous post where he talked about installing the heat control knob there for some heated gear, heated grips I'm thinking.

Close! It's a heat troller for the heated grips. The cord you see on the right side of the handlebar cover is the plug in for my heated gear.
