• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

11 RTS not recognized by iphone5

I have searched/read the previous threads on this topic, but nothing has solved the problem. I have '11 RTS, I cannot get an iphone5 s or c to recognize the Spyder audio system. I have had iPhone 3gs, and 4s connected with no problems. I have tried an Apple brand and no-name 30 pin to lightning adapters with no success. What am I missing? What else should I try? Thanks in advance.

Me too

I have a 2014 RT-S and an iPhone 5S with the exact same problem. The expensive Apple 30 pin to lightening connector won't do it for you. The issue is the BRP 9 pin to 30 pin adapter is only made for earlier iPhones. Not the 5S or 5C. BRP will have to make a new 9 pin to iPhone 5S adapter and it's not on the BRP web site.

Until then, you'll have to use an old iPhone for tunes or Blutooth to a helmet comm system.

I know. Not what I wanted to hear either.
