• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Weather

Though I always prepare for all kinds of weather, can some of our Canadian friends give us an idea of what kind of weather usually happens in June.?:dontknow::dontknow::dontknow:

Usually weather is about 60-70's. But this year who knows as there has been a ton of rain and parts of QC have been flooded. Can only hope things dry out and get warm. Enjoy we will be there Wed at a campground. Bob

Dang it, Bob!! :sour: I'm beginning to think you're avoiding us! :lecturef_smilie:
:shocked: Rest assured: nothing could be further from the truth, and I am TOTALLY bummed-out over this unfortunate turn of events... :banghead:
I really really REALLY wanted to see all of you again! nojoke

And the Museum too! :D

Right now the weather is very unpredictable. We are experiencing a lot of rain. Parts of Quebec were flooded last week but not near Valcourt. Usually the weather is warm 60's to mid 70's F occasionally low 80's but not very often this time of year. When I travel this part of Canada. I will pack shorts, long sleeve midlayer shirt, and bring jacket liners to help with cooler temps and short sleeve shirts and dress in layers to be able to take layers off as it gets warmer through out the day. Nights can be quite cool. Bring rain gear.

I hope this helps.

Last but not least : please be aware Canada has very strict gun laws. Please leave your weapons at home and clean out your spyder of any loose or boxed ammo. It will raise suspcion if the Border guards find any shells wether empty or loaded. Bring your passports. Ride Safe and Welcome to Canada.

Will be staying Sherbrooke, plan on arriving on May 31. Riding solo and hoping to meet other spiders along the way and meeting a lot of you at BRP. I hoping the weather is nice cause I would like to ride the area.

Don't feel bad. That's exactly why I can't go. I was making plans & looking up rooms then realized I couldn't make it.

There's SpyderQuest in September!:yes::yes::yes:

Looks like temps with be in high 60s for the highs and the low 40s for the lows. Make sure to bring layers.... For those of us that are camping make sure the heaters work.

Sorry Deanna,

Was looking forward to meeting you, but as you say life happens!

Take care and maybe next time it will happen.

Les
