The $95 per person amount doesn't really bother me if we go but being that you have to register a year in advance, it would be nice to know if it is refundable if you need to cancel as the time gets nearer.

The other day I looked at motel/hotel possibilities in Valcourt and they seem pretty slim or non existent. I'm also wondering what will be available within a reasonable distance. Montreal is a good distance away and seems a little far to be going back and forth while there. Anyone local have any insight into this stuff?

I googled currency converter and entered $95.00 Canadian. Today it is $73.18 U.S. I hope that it is non refundable. For Bike Week Daytona, many people signed up, thus reaching the limit, and registration was closed, almost immediately, disappointing many owners. Then MANY of the registered people were no shows.

Don't want to rain on your, or anybodys', parade; but 2 factors will determine how far from Valcourt people will have to stay:
1. The magnatude of the number of attendees, and
2. The density of hotels on both sides of the border. Another factor to consider is that the New England States are huuuuge tourist destinations in the summer months.
From our experience with attending the H-D 100th anniversary party in Milwaukee, WI, it would not surprise me if some people had a 1-2 hour ride one way into Valcourt.

"Mr Kingen, I talk to the manager of the Hôtel and she told me to wait before doing any reservation for 2017, so I will talk to the owner next week and I will get back to you with an answer as soon as I can."

I am actually amazed that I got an invite (must be a computer thing) since I have done my best to be a thorn in the "lion's paw" for close to three years. Now, that is not to say that BRP has not treated me fairly, because in the long run they have. Problem is, I felt like I was a dentist pulling a patient's teeth with no anesthesia. I will not be going.

Don't forget to Register on June 2,2016 @ SPYDERHOMECOMING.COM after 12:00 noon (EST) you will need your email address and your Vehicle Identification # on the registration form.

I bet the hotels haven't gotten together and agreed on their price for these dates and a day or two before and after the event. Might even be a minimum number of nights stay required.

Got my invite today, I'm in SW VA and don't trust the RT with all of the electrical issues to go that far. So far no problems but I'm not going to chance it.

awe come on!!!! you have hundreds of dealers between there and Valcourt, Canada and you should be fine if you have no trouble so far
