$10,000 Spyder knockoff

Is this a knockoff of the long promised 10K Spyder?

I would say no. It's priced too cheap to be a $10k knockoff! Only 200 cc but has auto trans and reverse and supposedly is street legal. Price is around $4000 to $6000. It's being sold by http://www.saferwholesale.com who, according to their junky looking website, sells all sorts of powersports and other stuff. It comes from China and looks to be only one of dozens of such items.

They got you covered. Since the :ani29: came out in 2008, there has been the made in China knockoffs. They cost between $3K and up to about $6K. Usually 250 to 400 cc's.

Quality and service are somewhat of a dubious nature.

A couple more months or so and we will see what BRP offers us. I am hoping it will be good stuff. :yes:

talked to my friendly dealer today, who informed me that "they" have known about the "Price point" Spyder
was coming. He said maybe ACE 900 vertical. parralel twin. Which they use in a side by side, and Seadoo Spark.
They big thing is that it will be mostly plastic fantastic.
