• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Where is the best place to mount the AutoTune O2 Sensor??

On 2333, I have the sensor in the factory location, and the Evoluzione modifier plugged into the factory harness. No cutting or welding required.

    2333 gets heads and a cam, and a PC5

I have never checked 2333 for milage, and now would not be a good time to start. The fuel map is still all over the place when I look at the saved results. If I remember, when I am done playing with the PC5, I will reset the trip ODO and check.

    2333 gets heads and a cam, and a PC5

I have completed a couple more sets of data log/accept trims on 2333. I have had to stray a bit from the original map, but the thing is running better. I have the A/F ratio set fairly "Fat" for now at 13.2. The PC5 has been good so far.

    power commander or juice?

I have the PC5 on 2333. Just getting started tuning, but it looks like it will be OK. You do have to have access to a laptop for reading the tables, however. I do not know what you were looking for, but it is not totally plug and play for a modified Spyder.

    2333 gets heads and a cam, and a PC5

My base map is a stock spyder with 20% trim. I have to dial in the A/F ratio but it was worth it.

    2333 gets heads and a cam, and a PC5

Went for a ride today with the wife. The thing was running OK, still gathering info for the PC5. I put in 20% trim on a stock Spyder just to get it running. It was over 90 degrees today, and 2333 has never liked that kind of weather. As for photos, sorry, I don't do photos. Still running stock...

    2333 gets heads and a cam, and a PC5

I don't know what the hell happened. I was trying to correct my usual myriad of typos, and I got kicked out before I could make my changes.

    2333 gets heads and a cam, and a PC5

Hey Rator. I get what you are saying about the polwer being usable. With the 13: overbore motor last year, I could easilly get rubber in first and second. But now, with the new cams ans tning, the power bandseems to come on higher in the rev range, kinda like what was neede with the original setup.

    2333 gets heads and a cam, and a PC5

Hi all. Thanks for only judging me as a Hooligan. There is considerble money involved here, and my intent was only to give others a frame of reference for what it takes to call something a Beast. Anyway, about the suspension. I have the Penske setup rom Ken, as wll as the stabilizer bar. The bar...

    No Nanny ?

If you want to do it permanently and for free , just put the rear wheel sensors on the front wheels. Then the nanny will see no difference in speed between the front and rear wheel and everything will be cool......as long as you hang on! As an alternative, I have installed the sway bay and...

    2333 gets heads and a cam, and a PC5

Hi again. Picked up the bike. Still l a long way from dialed in, but, WOW. This thing is a beast. For some frame or reference on my expletivies, let me tell you all what else is in the stable. This is NOT intended as boasting, just as a frame of reference for what is my automotive context when I...

    2333 gets heads and a cam, and a PC5

Hi all. Picking the bike up today. It was in for the DPS recall, and I had purchased a set of heads from Ken that had a different cams in them, so they were put in at the same time. I was going to do the heads last winter, but the only tuning available was the fuel pressure regulator mod, and...

    Turn signal elimination

When I got rid of the rear turn signals on 2333, I just left the plugs "un-occupied" and got no codes. I then had the side panels holes filled and the back end looks much smoother now.

    Quest for More Power...

Yeah, I know. I did not do any head work last winter because the advice of Ken at evoluzione was that I would not be able to get the tune right with that amount af increased flow just by playing with fuel pressure settings and octane level.

    Quest for More Power...

I would say overall that it was worth it. The bike runs stronger, but not as smooth as before the swap. I thought about FI, but wanted to keep it simple. I bought the Spyder for something more comfortable to take the wife on than my other bikes, and I did not want to go as extreme as new turbo...

    Quest for More Power...

I did the 1060 kit with high (13:1) pistons on 2333 over the winter. Also bought a new exhaust system and had it ceramic coated inside and out. Running it through a Leo Vince carbon can with the baffle removed. I have had to play with fuel pressure a bit, but it runs better overall if not as...

    Exhaust pipe wrapping

I have been a big fan of ceramic coating for a number of years. It is amazing how a thin coat of that stuff can hold the heat in so well. You can have the pipes done inside as well as out also. You can chose a silver color to accentuate the pipes, or a black to help them disappear. The pipes on...

    My Spyder's Outstanding Performance!

I had my exhaust ceramic coated last winter. I am a big believer in this process and have used it before on bikes and my current truck. It is amazing how well the coating holds the heat in, and it makes the pipes look better too. IMHO.
