• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Jacking Up the Spyder

As you mentioned , slide the jack in from the front , locate it just behind where the back of the bump skid will start , this is where the frame is . The frame is heavy duty and will easily cope with the Spyders weight , just make sure you don't lean on either of the front wheels as its on the...

    Perspective Spyder RS-S owner

Welcome to the forum . Must admit I came over to Spyders after a bike smash , my wife hated the idea of me getting back on two wheels and suggested a quad , after much research I realised that a quad would not be ideal for me , no off road experience , but while looking I noticed a space age...

    Joining the Spyder Lovers

Hi from the UK , I also fell into the trap of early modding but luckily did a fair bit of research on this great site at the same time . I actually found my 2010 RSS to be rather scary first off , coming straight from two wheels , the handling was interesting to say the least . First thing I...

Bright Sides & Fender Rear LEDs

Actually not too bad to do , first side I took the fender off , but you really don't need to . I wired both LEDs into the fender tip circuit , I cut into it halfway down the fender front stay .

Question for Spyder owners that ride a motorcycle....

I had a 2005 Thruxton , great machine , never had a moments problem . loads of goodies available too . Living in the UK helps with spares etc but to be honest you probably won't need many . They sound fantastic on Triumph open pipes and handle very well , you will love it . They really are a...
