• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Longest Journey To Date Starts tomorrow

My first "road trip" was a 16 mile trip. Now, a 200 mile round trip for lunch is becoming the norm. Enjoy the overnighter! Safe travels.

    Trailering Spyder RT-SE6

In my opinion, trailering with a cover on the Spyder will result in the cover rubbing against the body panels. Keep an eye on cargo covered with tarps on the highway the next time you travel. I think you'll see what I mean. I think you're asking for trouble. Again, just my opinion. Lin

    Maine to Virginia

When you travel through your neighbor to the west, if anywhere near Portsmouth, you MUST find your way to route 1A. It follows the coastline from Portsmouth/Rye and down through Hampton Beach. It is a beautiful ride...

Spyder Pops BeltGuard - how does it work?

The stock guard provides protection on the left side of the belt, the Spyder Pops missing belt guards provides added protection to the right side. Cheap insurance from my point of view. Lin

The Right Tool - what to use to adjust the passenger foot peg

Something must have changed since they made my 2011 RT. I use an allen wrench to loosen the bolt after I flip the passenger footboard up, adjust and retighten. Lin

F3T or RT for riding 2 up

My wife and I were thinking about the F3T as well. Unfortunately, the foot position for the passenger is not adjustable like the RT and for now, that was a deal killer. Go try one to know if it works for you and your wife. Lin

    F3T Seat Comfort

My wife and I took a very short test ride today. We will not be trading for an F3T anytime soon. The seat was not that comfortable, especially for the passenger. I had also been wondering about an aftermarket seat like the dual tour saddle from Corbin, but they finally responded to my e-mail...

Going for a ride this weekend. Weather looks good.

I took a short ride yesterday, but found it a little on the cool side here near the coast. The next few days show a warming trend though. We'll be cursing the summer heat before you know it.
